Should I have a SAT test if I want to apply for University in Canada?

I am 16 years old, grade 12. My average is >80% for each high school course. Should I have a SAT test or some test in order to apply for a Canada university? I am Canadian student that has been studing in Canada.

2. SATs are an American thing. We don't use that in Canada. Canadian universities pretty much only care about your high school grades and if your average is high enough. Extra curricular activities won't get you admitted, either.
