I live in USA but want to go to University of Toronto(Canada) for further education?

I live in USA and am a citizen, I want to move to Canada (University of Toronto) to studying there. Can someone tell me about the entire process or maybe some other information?

1. Apply for a student visa and be prepared to pay roughly twice the tuition because you would be a foreign student. Also, you would need to purchase supplemental health care insurance as the universal health care system won't cover your costs for things like seeing a doctor.
